Annemarie diSalvo
President, Co-Founder

Annemarie studied interior design at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Fine Arts at New York University. After leaving college, she worked at a large firm in Manhattan, specializing in residential interiors. Her wide range of experience gave her the skills and motivation to launch her firm in 1996. Annemarie is a recent graduate of the prestigious Columbia University Grow program. A Columbia-led initiative designed by the Columbia School of Professional Studies in executive business development.

Specializing in new construction and gut renovations, she is highly sought after by architects, builders, and developers to bring her fresh and unique perspective to residential, corporate, and multi-family design. A dedicated student of design, Annemarie truly loves all styles and periods and is therefore well equipped to design any traditional, contemporary, or modern space.

In addition to a busy work schedule, Annemarie is very active with the Long Island Builders Institute and sits on the Board of Directors of Long Island Home Builders Care.

Rosemarie diSalvo
Vice-President and Co-Founder Lifestyle & Relocation Director

Over the last several years, Rosemarie has been dividing her time between New York,
Florida and points in between, assisting clients with the myriad of relocation decisions
whether it’s a permanent move or purchasing a seasonal second home. Having flipped
several homes and condos in Florida, Rosemarie is uniquely qualified to assist her clients
with the overwhelming housing choices. As the Firm’s Lifestyle and Relocation Director,
she specializes in selecting active 55 and over communities that have become the hallmark
of what her clients want. Rosemarie carefully analyzes her client’s housing wants based
upon their budgetary needs, leisure and social activities, and time constraints before
making recommendations. This personalized service has become a valuable tool in the
planning process for her clients.

Rosemarie studied interior design at the exclusive C.W. Post University in Old Westbury,
NY. She holds coveted certifications in Universal Design, and Historical Interiors &
Architecture. With more than 25 years of experience, coupled with an inherent passion for
design, Rosemarie guides her clients by carefully selecting every element of the design
process while offering comprehensive concierge services.

Even though she travels extensively, she is very active in several charities, including
Hadassah, The Brain Injury of NY State. Member affiliations include the American
Society of Interior Designers, The National Kitchen & Bath Association, an adjunct
professor at Nassau Community College and is an active HOA Board Member.

Katrina Saidai
Senior Interior Designer

Katrina joined the team in 2018.  Her 15 years of experience specializing in hi-end residential and commercial design makes her adept at managing multifaceted complex projects.  Her ability to communicate builds trust and harmonious relationships with contractors, subs, and homeowners alike.

Elizabeth Alvarado
Senior Interior Designer

Elizabeth is a consummate professional with more than 20 years’ experience building some of the most recognizable restaurants and hospitality projects, such as Ruth Chris Steakhouses, The Fox Hollow Hotel, and many others.  

Through the years Elizabeth has developed a deep understanding of building materials and is proficient in creating beautiful construction documents using Auto CAD and Revit Software.

Nan recently graduated with a BA in Interior Design from Auburn University. Needless to say, we snatched her up immediately! Not only is she naturally talented and insightful when preparing design presentations, but her proficiency with a computer puts us all to shame!

Joanne Miller
Procurement and Office Manager

Joanne Miller joined diSalvo Interiors 27 years ago, at the very beginning and has been with us throughout all the ups and downs! She is responsible for overseeing the office management, coordinates all residential and commercial installations, and places and track all orders to ensure complete client satisfaction. Basically, we couldn’t function without her!

Bookkeeping/Accounting

Loretta joined us in 2017 and we don’t know how we ever functioned without her! In addition to all of the minutia of financial statements, receivables, and payables, her incredible organizational skills keep track of the most complex projects.
